The location was easy, around 10-15 minutes walk from Sunset Mall. The staff was excellent and responsive to requests. I was given pet-friendly room with access to various attractions and bathtub, for example.
Though everything was good, some of the staff were very unfriendly.

The room was spacious and inviting, it had a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets. The bathrooms here were large. The location offered was particularly good and easy close enough to all the other hotels and restaurants. Also, Frame Up was 2 miles away from the property.

We would like to stay longer, as the hotel met expectations. The staff is attentive, the breakfast very very good, the location is favourable not far from all the other hotels, and various attractions, restaurants and other sights around San Angelo. The queen room is bright and new-fashioned. A microwave oven and coffee/tea making facilities are a nice touch.
